As a child and teenager develops its important the body is exposed to the correct type of strength training and movement patterns. We call these ‘fundamental movement patterns’ and they play a huge role towards developing our athletes.
At Altius we can provide Strength & Conditioning services that cater for all stages of physical development. From early to late adolescence (12-18years) to adulthood (18-21+ years). The training will be designed and monitored effectively to benefit you.
